On November 2nd, 2024 Do It for Dan Foundation held a fundraiser called Drinks for Dan, for The Exon 20 Group to advance lung cancer research and treatment. The fundraiser was hosted by Port City Brewery and we raised over $10,000.
The money raised, along with Dan's body donation, is helping to fund the first ever complete analysis of the Exon 20 mutation. This will play a huge role in improving future treatment options for lung cancer patients, patients like Dan.
